Refer your friend for a job
As you click on "Refer this job to a friend" , a form will open that lets you invite one friend for the selected job and ask him/her to apply for it online.
You need to type :
- the email address of your friend
- first and last name
- a personal message to your friend, explaining why you think he/she should apply for this job. You could even make things easier by offering to share the reward with your friend.
Your friend will then receive an email with your message and the most important facts about the job. He/she can decide to accept your offer and will be directed to our website to view details of the job. The friend will be asked to register and become a member of your network in one easy step. Registration is necessary to protect yourself from any attempt to bypass the system.
Once your friend has completed the application for the job, he/she will send it directly to the company. You will be informed by email about this – in case your friend does not tell you personally.
The job application process
Companies usually interview many applicants to identify the best suitable candidate. Once your friend has applied, the human resources professionals of the company or the recruiter will process the application.

Your friend has made it through the process successfully and started work. Time to receive the reward - once the probation period is over. We will ask you beforehand, how you would like to receive the money - by check or by money transfer. And at the moment your friend has become a permanent employee, you will receive the amount promised - a minimum of 5000 INR. The only deduction will be the mandatory withholding tax we have to pay to the Revenue Service on your behalf.
Why do you have to wait? If the candidate does not make it through the probation period, the company is entitled to a refund. Had we paid out earlier, we would have to ask you to pay us the money back. So we better trust in your friend and wait.
Finally, you will be asked by email to give the company a rating - how did they behave during the referral process. This is important, as these ratings can be seen by any user of the system. In return, the company will also rate your quality as a referrer - the most important factor for your continued success as a nethunter. The more positive ratings you receive, the higher your standing.
In addition to ratings, your success in referring candidates to the various steps of the recruitment process will also be displayed in statistical form.
